When the Founder of Hayat Health reached out, she asked: “Is it too early to start on socials?”

She had a powerful mission, to help women live longer healthier lives at every stage of their journey. But she wasn’t sure whether building a presence on social media was the right next step. And if she did start, it needed to feel intentional, aligned, and true to her brand.

The goal was to create a social presence that reflected the brand’s core values and could begin growing an audience around its mission.

The Process

  • Visual Identity: Developed a brand look and feel rooted in Hayat’s ethos, using earthy tones and design elements that reflect both tradition and innovation.

  • Platform Setup: Set up and optimised Hayat Health’s Instagram presence, ensuring the bio and grid layout told a cohesive story from day one.

  • Content Creation: Created a collection of launch posts designed to introduce the brand’s message and values.

  • Foundational Strategy: Rather than going for growth for growth’s sake, we focused on building a presence that felt intentional, high-quality, and authentic
