The goal was to boost views and engagement on TikTok to increase brand awareness for a women’s brain health brand. The client had been repurposing Instagram content for TikTok, but it wasn’t quite landing with the platform’s audience and style. They needed support to create content that felt native to TikTok and would resonate more deeply with their target audience.

  • Competitor Analysis: Conducted an in-depth review of key competitors in the women's health, brain health and wellness space to identify what content formats, hooks and trends were performing best.

  • Platform Insights: Researched and documented the content styles, formats, and storytelling approaches unique to TikTok to pinpoint how Prickly Pear could differentiate while staying relevant.

  • Content Planning & Ideas: Created a bank of TikTok-native content ideas tailored specifically to the brand voice and audience interests, focusing on strong hooks and storytelling angles.

  • B-Roll Library: Captured and curated a B-roll library featuring the founder, enabling quick, flexible content production and adding a personal, authentic touch to videos.

  • Creative Direction: Developed clear creative guidance to ensure new videos felt platform-native.
