Building the Foundations of a Women’s Health Start-Up

The Challenge

Hayat Health is a purpose-led women’s health brand focused on helping women live longer, healthier lives through a more holistic and prevention-led approach.

At the point of launch, the founder had a strong mission and a clear vision for the brand, but needed support translating that into a social presence that felt polished, aligned and ready to grow.

The question wasn’t just how to start posting — it was how to build an Instagram presence that would introduce the brand properly, reflect its values, and create the right foundation from day one.

  • Platform setup - Set up and optimised the account so the bio, grid and first posts worked together to tell a clear brand story from the start.

  • Launch content - Created a set of launch posts introducing Hayat’s mission, voice and perspective on hormones, midlife health and longevity.

  • Messaging and copywriting - Developed caption copy designed to make complex health topics feel accessible, supportive and easy to engage with.

  • Foundational strategy - Built the early content direction around quality and clarity, creating a strong base for future growth rather than chasing visibility for visibility’s sake.
